All age groups with feet size 36–46 (European numbering). The shoes are not suitable for children.

What are the differences between various shoe widths?

• You can choose from three different shoe widths in all sizes – MEDIUM, WIDE and EXTRA WIDE. These should meet the needs of all customers.
• For dw shoes to be as comfortable and as safe as possible for you, even outsoles come in different widths.
• Please make sure you take several measurements of your feet using our charts in order to find the right size (length) and width of shoe and thus ensure the maximum comfort possible. Should it happen, however, that you did not get the right size, you can return or exchange the shoes.

What does it mean that I can order dw shoes in various sizes and widths?

• Whatever the model and colour, all shoes you can find in our e-shop can be ordered in various sizes and widths to meet the needs and demands of each individual customer.
• Example 1:

I have had one foot smaller than the other since birth.

After correct measurement, I can order a left shoe sized (e.g.) 44 and a right shoe sized 43. Similarly, the width of each shoe can be chosen individually according to the feet measurements taken.

Example 2:

I suffer from hallux (bunion) on my right foot but I don’t have one on my left one.

After correct measurement, I can order a left shoe sized (e.g.) 37 with MEDIUM width and a right shoe sized 37 with WIDE or EXTRA WIDE width dimension.

I am a diabetic. Are dw shoes good for me, too?

I have ordered the wrong size of shoe. What should I do?

Please follow these instructions and send the shoes and duly filled-in return form back to us and we will either send you the correct size shoes (after proper measurements are taken) or reimburse your money.

Why do dw shoes come with shoelaces and not Velcro or in the form of slip-ons?

The reason is simple: only the shoes with laces allow for proper regulation of shoe looseness, as one of the most important things is that a shoe is not too tight when the foot is swollen. Bad blood circulation resulting from too tight shoes or cramped feet can lead to the deterioration of the condition of the foot and complications in the healing processes.

Can I also order shoes made to measure?

• We do not offer individual custom manufactured shoes.
• We can, however, offer you the option of buying a combination of shoe sizes and widths that would suit your needs (please refer to What does it mean that I can order dw shoes in various sizes and widths? for more information).

How long do dw shoes last?

A guarantee period should not be understood as the lifetime of the product, i.e. the period during which the goods in question can last (taking into account its qualities, purpose and frequency of use), provided it is used, cared for and maintained correctly.
